Christmas 2017

Christmas in America!  It was wonderful!  I loved the lights and the songs and being with family (although I was sick when we spent Christmas with Michael's side of the family, so I don't have any pictures).

Let's start with some things we did over the Christmas holidays.

I wish we had more pictures from this outing.  My mom's office had a live nativity scene set up.  It was pretty cool.  And there were cookies and hot chocolate!

There's a house in Waco that goes all out with Christmas decorations.  It's a "must see" every year!

We let the kids watch a Christmas movie and fall asleep on the living room floor one night.  So fun!

The kids' school put out reindeer for each of the classes.  We found Truett's and Paisley's.

School Christmas parties are the best!

We made some Christmas cookies with Grams.  The kids also made gingerbread houses.  I'm not sure where all the pictures for that are.

We started Christmas morning with presents at our house.

Then we invited my extended family over to the house.  It was great to have (almost) all the cousins together.

Christmas Eve candlelight service at mom's church.

We spent Christmas morning at Granddad and Grammy's house.

And Christmas afternoon with Grams.  It wouldn't be Christmas with out an afternoon family walk!

We tried over and over again to get some good pictures of the kids.  Pick your favorite.
