My Ballerina

Paisley's little dance class had two performances last weekend.  Two different malls on two different days.  Both super cute!

Paisley is lucky to have her best friend from school also be in her dance class.  They haven't always been able to communicate with each other real well (her friend's dad is Australian, but she pretty much refuses to speak English!)

Did anyone else have the chance to see Santa, the Christmas astronaut, and  . . . something . . . at the mall this year?

One of our university students came to watch Paisley dance!

This is what Big Brother did while Little Sister was busy performing!

Christmas Cuties

Here are this year's Christmas pictures.  Enjoy the cuteness overload!

Those pictures were cute and all, but then we promised them candy if they would give us real happy smiles.  Wow!  Look at the results!  I can't well which of these last three is my favorite!

Christmas Fun!

We have started "Christmas Mondays" with the young adults at our church.  Our first Monday, we made wreaths.  Our second Monday, we decorated Christmas cookies.  Next Monday, we will have our Christmas party.

These wreaths we lots of fun and easy to make.  Just cut up strips of fabric and tie them on some wire.  Easy!  The kids even made some.  Well, they started them, but then got bored and didn't quite finish.

We had a blast decorating cookies.  I made about 16 dozen cookies in the afternoon and it took forever!  But, I think it was well worth it!

Our family also went over to a friend's house to make Christmas crafts.  These are the English speaking kids from their Sunday school.

And, we can't forget the Santa waffles that the kids had for lunch one day.  They thought it was the funnest lunch, but then did not like the combination of whip cream and waffle.

And, I'll leave you with our first round of Christmas pictures.  For some reason, some are a little blurry.  But, we'll get more!!

These first two make me laugh.  People saw us taking pictures with our kids.  So, then they wanted to take pictures of their kids with our kids!
