On Thursday afternoon, we got an email from the kids' school telling us that we were invited to an assembly on Friday morning. They were having an award ceremony for the second semester of LAST school year. We were invited because we have a student getting an award, but we were not told what the award was. How exciting!
All of the elementary school kids were at the assembly.
Paisley's friend, Sofia, has the look on her face that represents how we were all feeling.
And our very own Truett was given the English Excellence Award! I guess we should have figured that.
I like the way Truett's friend next to him is looking at him.
