The other day I found a website that teachers you how to make the 5 best paper airplanes. So, we spent about an hour making them and decorating them. Then we had paper airplane competitions. Some went fast, some twirled, and some did loopty loops. We had fun!
As a school assignment, the kids had to make paper flowers and watch
them "bloom." They colored and cut out flowers, then folded the petals
over. If you put them in a bowl of water, they petals will open and the
flower will bloom.
