Seder and Easter 2018

One of my favorite nights of the year is Maundy Thursday when we have a Seder dinner at our house.  We give it a little local flair by having it in the "Selamatan" style, banana leaves on the floor with piles of food down the center.  We sit on the floor and eat out of the communal food in the middle.  Our food is a mix of the traditional Seder food and Indonesian favorites.

We dyed Easter Eggs with some young adults the other day.  Lots of fun!  Paisley wanted to make some silly face pictures.

Easter morning egg hunt at the house.

And an Easter morning at the Hyatt.

 What's up with this guy?

Hunting for eggs.  Last year there were about 30 kids hunting 20 brown eggs.  This year there were about 20 kids and 70 colorful eggs.

Afterwards, the kids started practicing their synchronized swimming.

We found the Easter bunny at the mall.
