Before and After

Woo Hoo!  Yes!  Hooray!  Yippee!  Yahoo!  Can you tell I'm a little bit excited?  

Our house is a very very fine house!  We love this place we call home.  It's a wonderful size, bigger than anything we could have imagined, but perfect for having people over.  We have lots of little things to do to make it feel more like our own.  The first is to beautify the outside.  Because of the volcano eruption earlier this year, the ground outside is covered in ash.  The "yard" is really just cement squares with holes of dirt/weeds in it.  It really causes a lot of dust to come in the house and cover the floor.  Our feet are continually black and dirty on the bottom. 
Well, hopefully that is coming to an end  . . . we got grass!  And flowers!  Enjoy the before and after pictures.

This last set of pictures shows what the ground looked like before and after.  It was cement blocks with circular holes.  We put a three in layer of dirt on top and put in small plugs of sod.  It is amazing!
